Any Event Organizer hosting an event on this website agrees to the following terms and conditions.
By visiting this website, you agree to these terms of use. We reserve the right to change or modify the terms of use at any time without notice.
The Event Organizer agrees to the following:
A. Event Organizer is solely responsible for maintaining the event information and content published by the website concerning the event including, but not limited to: on sale dates, termination dates, number of tickets to be sold, venue address, and ticket price. We will not be responsible in any way if an event is oversold. Event Organizer also agrees to reimburse for any and all costs, expenses, or losses incurred due to the over-selling of an Event. Event Organizer acknowledges that we retain control over all content and listings on this website.
- Event Organizer agrees to will call list requirements as listed here.
- Event Organizer agrees to terminate Online Sales for every Event sold through this website at least one (1) hour prior to time specified for doors openning.
B. Event Organizer agrees to notify customer support immediately, if an event undergoes any scheduling changes or if there is a cancellation. In the case of an event cancellation, we will provide full refunds to all fans within 72 hours. Event Organizer agrees to reimburse for any and all costs, expenses, or losses incurred due to the cancellation or rescheduling of an Event including but not limited to a 7% credit card processing fee.
C. Event Organizer is responsible for ensuring that the number of guests added to the Complimentary Guest pass page plus the number of guests on the will call list does not exceed the number of guests who can attend the event safely.
D. Event Organizer acknowledges that we retain control over all content and listings entered into our System.
E. Event Organizer promises not to sell any advance tickets at a higher price than the one advertised on this website, unless the advance price is less than the door price.
F. Event Organizer must add to the face value of its tickets all city, county, municipality, district, state or federal taxes that apply to the admission, ticket, or right to occupy a seat at any Event covered under this Agreement. Event Organizer assumes all responsibility for payment of such taxes to the appropriate authorities, and agrees to indemnify and to hold harmless this website from and against any and all Liability for collection and/or payment of such taxes.
G. Event Organizer agrees that we own the rights to all trademarks, intellectual property, custom modifications, and name brands that are a part of the family of this website and business plans. Event Organizer agrees that it will protect against and not allow anyone to take any action that would jeopardize these brands or sites including, but not limited to hacking, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering.
H. Event Organizer agrees to follow and be obligated by the privacy policy and security statements of this website concerning customer information.
I. Event Organizer agrees that events listed on this website may also be displayed for online ticketing on our partner ticketing sites including but not limited to InTicketing.com. Per event submissions may be omitted from listings on any or all partner sites by request to customer support.
J. Event Organizer agrees that under no circumstances will payment be made until after said event has taken place. We will arrange for full payment to be made within 5 business days following an event. Payment to the event organizer will be equivalent to the total amount of the purchased tickets.
K. Event Organizer agrees to reimburse this website for any and all expenses incurred as a result of any disputed credit card transactions associated with organizer's events, with the exception of errors caused solely by this website. Such expenses shall be accompanied by any supporting documentation provided to us by our merchant transaction processing service provider. |
